Kumarakom is a cluster of islets on the eastern edge of the serene Vembanad Lake, a part of the Kuttanad region in Kerala. The backwater haven, Vembanad Lake is one of Asiaâs largest freshwater lakes and a major ecological resource. Set out on a boat ride towards the highly popular Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary on the eastern shores of the lake.
Here you can enjoy birding in the green canopy of the rubber plantation for the whole day. Spread across 14 acres, the sanctuary is an ornithologistâs paradise, being a favorite haunt of migratory birds such as the Siberian crane and other indigenous species such as egrets, herons, waterfowls, kingfishers and teal to name a few

All houseboat related inclusions are applicable only if the Itinerary is including Houseboat stay
Candle light dinner, flower bed decoration & honeymoon cake in Houseboat only for honeymoon packages.

We do not have any hidden charges except your lunch and dinner.
Any extra bed/ breakfast which are not mentioned have to be paid directly by guest as per hotel policy.

In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
Rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar and Thekkady for all category of packages (if package has Munnar or Thekkady)
In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements, please bare with us.
Balance payment will not be accepted by Cheque or DD
We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different Options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change in the hotels specified without your concern.

Once you forward us the requirement with the date of arrival ,we will quote you packages as per your requirement based on no of days and your budget .
You can exclusively select your package from the list of package that we provide
Once you select the package inform us through email.So that we will be sending the link to transfer the advance amount through our payment gateway of our website. Our website accepts all major credit and debit cards.once you transfer the amount your booking is initiated
We will check the availability of rooms in the hotels you selected.if not available we will initiate you with alternative hotel with the cost difference.
Cab details will be forwarded to you one day before your arrival.
Please inform us the place of arrival in cochin to serve you better
On arrival at cochin airport or railway station or bus station you will be picked by the cab to our office where we meet you and discuss the package inclusions to make sure all our commitments are clear from both sides.
Pay the balance amount .we accept cash,DD and Net transfer.we donot accept cheque
If you don’t want to visit our office or your arrival is not in cochin, please inform us advance .In such cases you should pay the full amount before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.
Cancellation & Refunds
30 days before the commencement of the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be levied
15 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied.
No refund is entitled “for no shows
In case of early departure because of any unforeseen incidents, we tries to withdraw all bookings there forth and refund will be solely depends on the amount, which can be recovered from unused services. We do not hold any responsibility for this refund, but will assist you in the best possible way
